Jeffrey S. Zariczny founded InScale in 2004 in an effort to reclaim the essence of the profession of architecture, working directly with the client from beginning to end to emphasize the goals and visions of each client. Since its inception, InScale has worked with clients on commercial, medical, municipal, residential, religious and housing projects, maintaining high professional conduct, stewardship and technical expertise. InScale, P.C., is qualified to offer traditional public and private sector architectural design, feasibility studies and construction management. They specialize in furniture/fixtures and equipment design, code reviews and building evaluations. In 2006,
Donna L. Zariczny joined the firm in order to meet the demands of larger commercial and religious projects. She worked with significant institutional, educational and commercial clients before joining the firm. InScale's staff has grown to a total of three including two registered architects and one CAD designer/drafter. InScale, P.C., has more than 40 years of experience, and the Zaricznys are quickly building their professional reputation in Warren County.
Projects they have been involved in include the design and construction management of a dental office in Warren, the Chautauqua Expo Center & Hotel in Mayville, N.Y., and they are currently involved in accessibility alterations for the Woman's Club of Warren. In addition, they have undertaken projects for Ellwood National Forge, numerous Latter-Day Saints Church projects, and a number of projects for the City of Salamanca, N.Y., including new court room, judge’s chambers and legal suite. InScale, P.C.'s main goal is to avoid delegated architecture and to provide guidance and continuity for the client throughout the design and construction processes, unprecedented by most large commercial firms.
The Zaricznys came to the Gannon SBDC office (Warren outreach) for assistance with their business plan and marketing efforts. Hank Rudge and Joy Johnson worked diligently with them to develop a practical business plan. Rudge referred the architecture firm to Gannon SBDC Marketing Consultant Jane Horetsky who would be able to review all of their already established marketing pieces, I.e., brochure & press release.
Horetsky was able to critique and make additions to both the brochure and press release that would be used as their marketing tools. The release was sent out to all of the local newspapers and Horetsky added that professional look to it based on her writing expertise. It was published along with their photo in 2 or more of the newspapers at no cost to the company.
Horetsky was also able to recommend InScale to work with the Gannon University School of Business graduate course that lasts one semester. This partnership between the Gannon SBDC and the GU School of Business has been a terrific outlet for the small businesses in the four counties that are serviced. During the class, the graduate students assist the clients with a marketing plan and strategies. The no-fee benefit of the marketing strategies were a huge cost saving factor for InScale as they were just beginning to market their services to the community. |
