10th Annual Women in Leadership Development Conference to be held April 27

The Gannon University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is hosting the 10th Annual Women In Leadership Development (WILD) Conference on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm at the Ambassador Banquet and Conference Center.   Celebrating its 10th Anniversary, WILD is a national conference expected to draw over 400 women for a day of inspiration/motivation, networking and professional development.

The conference will begin with an inspiring session, “Ten Years, Ten Leaders, Ten Views.”  Ten leaders, including Dr. Kelly Hunt, Pittsburgh SBA Director, Erie County Executive Kathy Dahlkemper, and  Small Business Development Center Director Maggie Horne, will present their view of leadership and offer words of inspiration. 

Keynote Speaker Atiya Abdelmalik, MSN, RN, has years of experience in both entrepreneurship and executive leadership lending her presentation to be inspirational, motivational and dynamic.

Founder of WILD, Jodie Camillo, will receive the Legacy Award.  Jodie’s personal and professional contributions to WILD and other initiatives will be celebrated.
