To help you prepare, Gannon University Small Business Development Center will be hosting a live webinar to assist tourism-related businesses to plan, market, and execute their Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday sales strategy. This webinar will cover how to develop a sales strategy including choosing the right products, creating discounts to attract the maximum number of customers, creating a marketing strategy, and planning for staffing and other essential logistics. As a bonus, the webinar will also provide tips and techniques for product returns and customer satisfaction!
