Unemployment is decreasing.  Labor markets are tightening, and many employers are having a hard time filling job vacancies. One way to respond--and a very cost-effective one--is to retain the employees you already have.

In this fast-paced workshop you will learn how to assess your current Human Resources program as it relates to finding good employees and then keeping them. Discover the simple and basic components of a sound employee relations process that can help you accomplish these critical goals.
