From Culture Shock to Culture Shift: Diversity for the New Marketplace

In this session, participants will view workplace environments through the lens of culture and discuss some ways in which organizations can build inclusive cultures and improve their team’s engagement. By the end of the session, participants will demonstrate

  • an increased awareness of diversity in the United States

  • an increased knowledge about diversity in the workforce

  • a better understanding about the social forces that shape diversity, equity and inclusion
