This presentation by Jonathan D'Silva, Manager of the law firm MMI Intellectual Property and a Registered Patent Attorney, will cover the basic principles of copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets to give you some knowledge of what each type of IP is, does, and how each is secured.
