With the spread of COVID-19, tourism business owners across the U.S. are focusing on keeping their staff and customers safe while complying with state and federal guidelines. Breanna Adams, REHS/RS, Director of Environmental Health Services at the Erie County Department of Health, will present a fast-paced review of the myriad requirements for health and safety compliance in a post-COVID-19 world and helpful suggestions for everyday health practices.
