Your online presence is the first impression of your business to many new and prospective customers. It is crucial in today's virtual world that you manage your online reputation to ensure that your business is making that first impression a positive one, leading to new business opportunities.

Join Caitlin Driscoll, Public Relations Director of the Better Business Bureau serving Western Pennsylvania for an informational webinar to discuss the importance of online reputation management for businesses, best practices, and how BBB can help. The webinar will also address fraud prevention tips for businesses and how to avoid common scams targeting businesses and their employees.
