In this week’s episode, Shane and Maggie will discuss the importance of identifying your target audience and the challenges they face. Research shows those small businesses that are very clear about their ideal clients, and talk about them/ their “problems” frequently, are the ones who attract the most business. Specifically, Shane and Maggie will talk about how to help clients overcome their challenges, which positions you as the go-to business/supplier.
